Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, using a variety of evaluation methods to understand clients' unique needs and challenges.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Utilize teletherapy effectively to connect with clients who prefer virtual sessions or face challenges in accessing in-person care.

• Document client interactions and treatment details in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards to ensure professional integrity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, providing services to both adults and youth. Your clients may present with a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse, amongst others. You'll play a crucial role in promoting their mental health and well-being, employing tailored therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field.

• Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
