Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on working with individuals in hospice care, a uniquely vulnerable and sensitive patient population. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
