Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services delivered via telehealth and in-person settings, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others based on client needs.

• Work closely with other professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and adjunct staff, ensuring a coordinated approach to client care that addresses all aspects of well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, demonstrating a high level of compassion and expertise.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and workshops designed to raise awareness about mental health issues, ultimately aiming to reduce stigma and promote proactive mental health strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from varied cultural, socioeconomic, and ethnic backgrounds. You will help those facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctorate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Fast Pace Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and credentials.
