Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the hospital to ensure integrated care approaches, including liaising with primary care physicians and other specialists.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA and California state regulations, ensuring ethical documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active California state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required; however, a master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree, candidates with a master’s or doctoral degree will be strongly considered. Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is advantageous, particularly in relation to providing direct patient care and crisis management.

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
