Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health conditions. Through structured interviews and standardized assessment tools, you will develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s specific needs and aspirations.

  Design and implement individualized treatment strategies that encompass various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Lead therapy sessions, whether they be individual or group-based, ensuring a safe space for all participants.

  Facilitate effective collaboration among the treatment team by actively participating in case conferences and treatment planning sessions, sharing insights from your clinical assessments to ensure holistic client care.

Your work will directly impact a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

  A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.

  A minimum of two years of relevant mental health counseling experience , demonstrating your ability to effectively support clients through their recovery journeys.

  Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and families and inspire them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in hospice care settings, multicultural competency, or specific therapeutic techniques such as EMDR or play therapy will be highly regarded.

  Compensation for this role ranges between USD 60,000 and 104,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
