Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients’ needs and establish individualized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited university.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in New Jersey (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, etc.).

• Certifications in therapeutic approaches, particularly experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based practices.

• Proven ability in conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy with clear documentation skills.

• A clean disciplinary record with no sanctions from any licensing board across jurisdictions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
