Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for each patient, identifying unique needs and tailoring personalized treatment strategies aimed at overcoming substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that may incorporate techniques such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate virtual individual counseling sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their challenges.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions that encourage peer support and validation, crucial for fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care that addresses the multi-faceted aspects of addiction recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies during high-stress moments to ensure patient safety and immediate support when required.

• Educate clients and their families about various recovery methods, coping strategies, and available community resources that can enhance recovery outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
