Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments to identify the needs of new patients and their families.

• Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, documentation, and treatment plan development in accordance with compliance standards.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and create safety and wellness plans to help clients maintain stability during challenging times.

• Develop personalized discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions for clients exiting therapy.
\n
• Adhere strictly to current federal and state regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures, to ensure ethical and legal compliance.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and continuing education to enhance treatment skills and techniques.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency-wide meetings to share insights and learn best practices from colleagues.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training requirements in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be serving a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a similar discipline that is required for licensure.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n
