Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on providing therapeutic services to adults dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a therapist in the state of Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, or PhD) allowing for unsupervised mental health therapy services.

• Minimum of two years of direct clinical experience providing psychotherapy, particularly with adult populations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

• Strong writing skills for detailed documentation of therapy sessions and client interactions.

• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions by any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
