Work Environment\n

This remote role offers the unique flexibility to create your own schedule within our core hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. You will be providing counseling services from virtually anywhere, using a telehealth platform specifically designed for mental health care professionals. This position not only eliminates the commute but also allows you to curate a work environment that best suits your productivity and well-being. Importantly, there is no requirement for on-call hours, ensuring a balanced work-life commitment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging, evidence-based virtual therapy sessions with individual adults via live video technology.

• Utilize the latest telehealth tools and symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress, ensuring dynamic adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Document session notes accurately in our electronic health record system to maintain up-to-date case information and facilitate informed treatment adjustments.

• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss client cases, and refine therapeutic strategies based on collective expertise.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Sunshine Psychological Health Center offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
