Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and individual therapy sessions for clients using our secure telehealth platform.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to additional services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with an already pre-screened clientele characterized by stability and low acuity. This allows you to focus on what you do best—providing compassionate care rather than navigating crisis situations. You will address a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Please note that we are unable to accept interns or those requiring supervision.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage clients effectively and sensitively.

• A clean record, with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on your experience and the number of clients you serve. Full-time counselors can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, along with a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being. Additionally, all counselors enjoy complimentary access to our platform’s services as clients while maintaining active status as mental health professionals.
