This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility in your work schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to adult clients through scheduled video sessions, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as CBT to tailor therapy approaches to individual client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Implement and review outcome-based assessments to gauge client progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation in compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be adult clients presenting a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field.

• Active independent licensure in Florida as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCMHC (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

• At least 2 years of relevant post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.

• Confidence in using technology and a strong willingness to engage with digital therapy tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
