Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will take on various responsibilities including:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to gather client history and identify mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master’s level degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) allowing for unsupervised therapy services.
\n
• Strong proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and creating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective documentation and client interaction.
\n
• A clean disciplinary record with no actions taken by licensing boards in any jurisdiction.
\n
• Eligibility to provide remote services in the state of New Jersey.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with the following experience will be preferred:

• A minimum of two years of experience delivering clinical psychotherapy, ideally in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
