Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will be adults who have been rigorously screened prior to engaging our services. They are typically stable individuals with low acuity, ensuring a focus on effective counseling rather than crisis management. This allows you to utilize your specializations while working with clients who align with your demographic preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and fully active licensure as a mental health professional in good standing: either as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and must have no disciplinary actions on record.

• A proven track record of strong interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature, enabling you to create a safe and trusting environment for your clients.

• Basic computer skills, as you will be utilizing an online platform to manage client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role is required, demonstrating your ability to manage client relationships effectively and provide high-quality therapeutic interventions. Experience with diverse client populations is a plus as we aim to meet our clients' unique needs.
