Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strengths-based assessments for new patients and their families to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Accurately complete documentation, billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within designated time frames.
\n
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to assist clients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Collaborate on discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for clients back into their communities.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and NEHS policies.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to further enhance therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and agency collaboration to foster a collective approach to client care.
\n
• Complete all mandatory training and maintain licensure requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Nevada.

Preferred Experience\n

While a Master’s degree and licensure are required, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in outpatient settings, teletherapy practices, and those with specific training in trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is also advantageous to ensure efficient tracking of patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
