Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients’ mental health backgrounds and needs.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Facilitate therapy sessions through secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary to better meet therapeutic goals.

• Document session notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure to practice in Texas (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), allowing you to provide unsupervised mental health therapy.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document client progress accurately.

• A clean professional record without disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
