Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on critical responsibilities that contribute to our clients' well-being, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult clients to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote mental wellness and recovery.

• Monitoring client progress, collaborating on goal setting, and adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, making necessary referrals, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.

• Documenting all client interactions in accordance with company policies and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development by staying informed of best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients seeking a range of mental health services. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. You will engage with a diverse clientele from various cultural backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique challenges with empathy and professional expertise.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure or license eligibility as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Active registration with the relevant professional body and maintenance of appropriate professional liability insurance.

• Strong ability to administer assessments and produce comprehensive reports for adult clients.
