Work Environment\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Philly Family Care Center, you will primarily work remotely, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance that fosters both your and your clients' well-being. Your weekly hours will generally fall between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a structured routine to manage your caseload effectively. Although virtual interactions are common, you will also have opportunities to connect with clients in our welcoming outpatient office.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group mindfulness-based interventions including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to clients seeking stress relief and overall well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients' mental health status, identifying stressors, challenges, and personal goals to tailor their therapeutic journey.

• Guide clients through a variety of mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques that promote emotional balance and self-awareness.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies, encouraging community and support among participants.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health concerns of each client to foster their personal growth and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive salary range between $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
