Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to clients' needs, helping them learn stress reduction techniques, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand clients' mental health history and personal challenges, allowing for an individualized therapeutic approach.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to enhance their self-awareness and promote emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies, fostering community and support among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
