Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video sessions.

• Utilizing solution-focused treatment modalities to address and facilitate effective treatment for your clients.

• Developing personalized and actionable treatment plans that are specifically tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Supporting clients in gaining insights into their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to foster growth.

• Monitoring client progress consistently throughout the therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and assisting clients in developing healthy coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adults presenting with a wide range of mental health needs. Our goal is to empower these individuals by equipping them with the skills necessary to improve their overall quality of life. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that your approach is inclusive, respectful, and tailored to each person’s unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted professional license to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate demeanor.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked. In addition, you can expect:
