Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain comprehensive insights into clients’ mental health concerns, paving the way for tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing diverse evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, customized to meet clients' unique needs and fostering their personal growth.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize care effectiveness.

• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring all clients, whether remote or facing accessibility challenges, receive necessary support without barriers.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, demonstrating adherence to ethical and regulatory standards essential in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
