Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical, compassionate individual mental health counseling to clients via video chat.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Philly Family Care Center, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing a range of mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. Your contributions will play a crucial role in assisting clients in developing the skills and resilience necessary for improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Must possess one of the following licenses to practice independently without supervision: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• No limited or provisional licenses. Must have no disciplinary actions against your professional license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong empathetic demeanor.
\n
• Proficient in using technology and comfortable with digital communication.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

• Experience with telehealth platforms is an advantage.
\n
• Familiarity with treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
