Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish therapeutic goals.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs and treatment objectives of each client.
\n
• Complete essential documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timelines to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote stability in patients’ lives.
\n
• Create and execute discharge plans that prepare clients for successful transitions and continued mental health support.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures, to maintain the highest standards of care.

• Commit to continuous skill enhancement through training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Engage in regular case consultations and attend agency meetings to collaborate and share insights with fellow practitioners.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to remain compliant with state laws and industry standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Tenet Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings, particularly in individual and family therapy, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
