Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients, crafting personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to deliver effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community and belonging.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by partnering with psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate holistic patient care, ensuring all aspects of a patient's mental health are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention services, providing immediate support during stressful situations to ensure safety and stability for patients.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions and available treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including team meetings and case consultations to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role requires a keen understanding of various demographic backgrounds and the ability to address the specific mental health challenges faced by each patient. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.

• Demonstrated ability to develop effective treatment plans based on comprehensive mental health assessments.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for empathy and understanding.

• Comfortable using electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining patient documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
