Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• Demonstrated proficiency in working with patients who have co-occurring psychiatric and medical conditions.

Preferred Experience\n

Sanity Family Care Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
