Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling services via video chat.
\n
• Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to effectively facilitate client sessions.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals.
\n
• Provide help in developing insights regarding clients’ experiences, emotions, and relationships.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Assist clients in establishing healthy coping mechanisms and life-enhancing skills through interventions and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to adjustment disorders and life transitions. Your role is to assist these individuals in navigating their mental health journeys, helping them achieve personal growth and an improved quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Must hold one of the following active licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Provisional or limited licenses are not accepted; candidates must be fully licensed to practice independently.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions and a commitment to ethical practice.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate, empathetic nature.
\n
• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate client management tools and virtual therapy platforms effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant clinical setting is preferred.

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is a valuable asset.
\n
• Familiarity with solution-based therapy approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, depending on your working hours and experience. In addition, we provide a generous sign-on bonus, regular weekly direct deposits, and for our full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being.
