Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows for a flexible schedule, enabling therapists to maintain a work-life balance while providing exceptional care. However, you will also have access to our comfortable outpatient office for in-person client sessions when needed. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s mental health journey.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care, facilitating referrals to outside specialists when necessary.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during acute distress situations, employing your training to ensure safety and effective management.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and advocating for reduced stigma around seeking help.

You will interact with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, struggling with a wide range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree (or Doctorate) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating respect and sensitivity when engaging with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a commitment to maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
