Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status, employing various evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques suitable for addressing a broad range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic stress.

• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure that each client receives comprehensive treatment.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support to clients encountering acute psychological distress, providing immediate assistance through phone or virtual meetings.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds and establish therapeutic relationships.

• Strong cultural competence to navigate and respect the unique perspectives of various populations.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, crucial for maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-ups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
