Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in individual clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique goals and preferences of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address mental health concerns.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
\n
• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies based on their evolving needs and feedback.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all clinical interactions, following legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to share insights, enhance treatment strategies, and stay informed about best practices.

• Advocate for clients by working towards the de-stigmatization of mental health issues and ensuring their needs are met within the healthcare system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele predominantly consists of individuals facing various mood disorders, including but not limited to, depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. As a therapist, you will be responsible for providing individualized care, focusing on the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client to facilitate healing and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices, particularly those relevant to mood disorders.

• Strong expertise in psychopharmacology to enhance collaborative efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve successful outcomes in therapy with a focus on mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
