Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, establishing rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.
