This position operates remotely, leveraging telehealth technology to reach our clients. You will utilize secure digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions with clients across different time zones and backgrounds. While the standard work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, we support flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs and enhance work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through video sessions, enabling you to gain deep insights into patients' unique experiences and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, adjusted to meet clients' cultural backgrounds and individual situations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address various mental health challenges, helping clients develop resilience and achieve their personal goals.

• Collaborate diligently with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing emergencies, assessing risk levels and safety concerns during telehealth appointments.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
