Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining a focus on achieving measurable treatment goals.

• Document patient progress and updates accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with organizational and state regulations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and continuous outcome measurement to adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Advocate for your clients’ needs in a professional manner, maintaining open communication with other healthcare providers and family members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, making a significant impact on their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid independent license (an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) issued by the state board; limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Proven ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and treatment plan recommendations with a patient-centered approach.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in telehealth platforms for conducting virtual therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient therapy settings, preferably providing services via telehealth.

• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of culturally sensitive practices in therapy.

• A competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year.
