Work Environment\n

This remote position allows therapists to work flexibly from home while remaining connected to a supportive team dedicated to child and adolescent mental health. While the primary work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some evening shifts may be required to accommodate patient schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to design and implement coordinated treatment interventions.

• Actively engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with children and adolescents, ranging from early childhood through young adulthood, who may be facing a spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
