Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, employing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, adapting therapeutic modalities as necessary.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or others relevant to clients’ needs.

• Monitor and track clients' progress throughout the course of treatment, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans and objectives as needed.

• Offer crisis intervention services, aiding clients through urgent mental health situations while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, facilitating continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic and comprehensive care to clients.

• Engage in ongoing education, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with evolving mental health treatment strategies and research findings.

• Actively participate in regular clinical supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance your clinical skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Wise Mind Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationships issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
