Key Responsibilities\n

• Create initial treatment plans based on assessment findings, coordinating additional services as required and updating these plans continuously to reflect clients' progress.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy services in accordance with both Moon Crest's policies and professional standards.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively while participating in treatment team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies.

• Exhibit empathy and professionalism in all interactions with clients, ensuring their dignity and psychological safety are paramount.

• Tackle client concerns and feedback proactively, focusing on solutions to enhance their therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Moon Crest Psychological Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults.
