Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health conditions and emotional well-being, ensuring the collection of relevant history and background information.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique goals, cultural background, and preferences, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, including one-on-one sessions, group therapies, and family counseling, utilizing diverse modalities appropriate for various mental health issues.

• Monitor clients’ progress closely, adapting treatment plans as necessary, and employing therapeutic techniques that are responsive to their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, managing high-stress situations with competence and empathy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, HIPAA regulations, and other legal requirements.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and social workers, to optimize client care through a holistic approach.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health therapies, treatment methodologies, and ongoing research, applying this knowledge to your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working primarily with adult clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW) is mandatory.
