Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Deliver individual therapy, group therapy, and family therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, including developing immediate coping strategies and safety plans.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to deliver an integrated care approach that addresses the holistic needs of our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment methods, and available community resources, acting as an advocate when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with emerging trends and best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Place of Grace, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, as well as families navigating life transitions. Our client base spans various age groups and backgrounds, allowing you to apply your skills in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.

Qualifications\n

• Valid mental health licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with a well-rounded understanding of psychological theories and therapeutic techniques.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing your ability to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
