Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine appropriate treatment pathways for clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to design individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, preferences, and cultural contexts.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), in various formats: individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, ensuring swift and appropriate responses for clients experiencing acute distress, while maintaining continuity of care through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Accurately maintain clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage their mental health effectively.

• Regularly assess treatment outcome metrics to evaluate effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to continue to meet client objectives.

Qualifications\n
