This role offers the convenience of a remote work setting, allowing you to provide telehealth services from the comfort of your home. We facilitate a collaborative online environment where Mental Health Therapists connect with each other and other members of the treatment team, ensuring the continuity of care and support for our clients. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, leveraging solution-focused interventions to craft personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to implement effective interventions that address client concerns.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the highest level of client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care and share insights on client progress and treatment efficacy.

• Regularly participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the treatment strategies employed and contribute to the ongoing quality of care.

• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment options, and community resources to support their journey toward recovery.

• Stay informed of current research and emerging trends in mental health to incorporate new techniques and methodologies into practice effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Rising Hope, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. Your role will involve addressing a range of issues, such as recurrent anxiety, depressive disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and adjustment difficulties. By providing tailored therapy, you will help clients navigate their challenges, support them in their personal journeys, and facilitate significant improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy techniques to customize approaches catered to individual client needs.
