Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, establishing trust and maintaining professional boundaries while providing effective therapeutic interventions.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, discuss their emotional stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered around the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including detailed progress notes and timely intake assessments for new clients.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and ensure compliance with best practices.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, offering referrals or additional support services as necessary.

• Embrace a continuous growth mindset, participating actively in training sessions and feedback processes to improve clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Illinois Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) certification.

• A strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities and willingness to engage in diverse treatment approaches.

• Flexibility in managing a caseload and various clinical responsibilities in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive compensation structure allows our Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors to earn between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
