Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to accurately determine client needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their personal goals, strengths, and cultural considerations.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in a variety of settings, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services and collaborate closely with fellow healthcare providers to ensure seamless continuity of care for clients in acute distress.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case summaries, in adherence to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge necessary for effective management of mental health conditions.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adapting methods based on clients’ feedback and progress to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Stay current with research, best practices, and trends in mental health to consistently enrich your clinical practice.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and ensure confidentiality of all client information at all times.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
