Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health to accurately diagnose conditions and formulate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual therapy due to convenience or accessibility challenges, ensuring a comfortable and confidential online environment.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, webinars, and peer consultations to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on mental health best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
