Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and concurrent mental health issues.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health conditions.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure seamless integration of care and support for each client.

• Educate clients' families on substance abuse recovery processes to enhance their involvement and support.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
