Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, crafting initial impressions that lay the groundwork for individualized treatment.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address addiction and underlying mental health issues, incorporating input from the client and their support systems.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy.

• Work in close collaboration with other members of the treatment team to provide integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's well-being are addressed cohesively.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
