Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health needs. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans targeting addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring these plans evolve in response to clients' progress. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. \n
- Collaborate actively with treatment team members, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide integrated and holistic care for clients. \n
- Educate and support clients' families to encourage meaningful involvement in the recovery process, enhancing the overall treatment experience. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations, including treatment progress notes and discharge summaries. \n
Our patient population primarily consists of adults experiencing substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will address the unique circumstances of each client while adapting your therapeutic methods to suit diverse backgrounds and motivational levels. - Possession of a valid and current license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) required. \n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
