This full-time role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while primarily operating within our outpatient office located in Richardson, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ histories of substance abuse and mental health conditions, thereby identifying their individualized treatment needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that effectively address clients’ addiction and associated mental health challenges, utilizing DSM-5 criteria as part of the diagnostic process.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance clients’ recovery skills.

• Collaborate with team members including doctors, nurses, and peer support specialists to ensure an integrative approach toward each client's treatment plan.

• Educate and support clients’ families, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to participate meaningfully in the recovery process.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards while respecting client confidentiality and privacy.

The clients you will work with include adults facing substance use disorders, often compounded by co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, or trauma. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
