Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each client’s specific needs, administering standardized tools where appropriate.

• Facilitate virtual group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups aimed at building community and providing peer support.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of patient well-being.

• Assess and manage crises, offering immediate interventions and supportive care during mental health emergencies.

• Provide ongoing education to clients about their conditions, available treatment options, and resources, guiding them towards self-management.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing support to populations with various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, allowing for rich interactions that enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (LCSW), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
