The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of patients, establishing clear and actionable treatment plans tailored to their individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
