Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, drawing on a patient's history, symptoms, and current situation to create individualized treatment plans that effectively address their unique challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver clinical interventions aimed at resolving mental health issues.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that aim to alleviate common mental health concerns and foster community among participants.

• Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop comprehensive and integrated care plans for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring that patients receive immediate and appropriate support during emergencies.

• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, possible treatment paths, and community resources available to support their mental wellness.

• Maintain precise and confidential records of patient interactions in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to promote organization and efficiency.

• Participate in case consultations, team-based meetings, and ongoing professional development aimed at enhancing both personal and organizational competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist with Pure Insight Counseling Services, you will be working with a diverse client population affected by various mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, making cultural sensitivity and adaptability essential components of effective therapeutic practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada is essential for this position.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidenced-based treatment options, and therapeutic techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
