Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique needs.

• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the identified mental health challenges, fostering an environment of trust and support.

• Create effective discharge plans that align with the patient's therapeutic goals and support transitions to further care if needed.

• Stay compliant with all relevant federal and state regulations as well as internal policies, ensuring a high standard of ethical practice.

• Engage in regular case consultations and contribute to agency meetings to foster a collaborative therapeutic environment.

• Participate in mandatory training and continuing education to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n
